Applied Technologies, Inc. is a Delaware-based IT Consulting firm that has over 30 years of IT experience. During that time, we have worked in the industry as functional users as well as technical resources. Our techno-functional skill set permits us to see problems and opportunities from a different vantage point than most consultants, who have only Technical skills or Functional Skills.Additionally, we have over three decades of Public Sector experience. We know how state government works and we know how to make IT work for state governments!

Giving Back
Because we are a Delaware-based IT Consulting firm, we feel a need to give back to the community that has helped us grow and prosper over the years.We currently sit on the IT advisory boards of two local high schools. In that capacity, we work with other area professionals as well as members of the school to; understand the schools short and long-term goals and needs, pursue grants available to support IT initiatives, evaluate the current curriculum against trends in the IT industry, and organize fund-raising activities for the school.
In the past, we have also sponsored interns from a local high school. Through a cooperative agreement between the school, Applied Technologies, Inc. and the Delaware Department of Transportation, an internship program was established that provided students in the IT curriculum the opportunity to get paid while learning valuable IT skills relative to their studies. At that time, there was no local firm, to our knowledge, that was engaged at the high school level.
